

In the face of an unprecedented tailwind ofrapid technological, economic, environmental, and societal changes, the European health industry requires a trained, talented, and committed workforceto meet these challenges head-on. Workers employed by medtech, medicalequipment, biotechnology and digital health companies must have the technicalproficiency, environmental acumen, and the strategic and leadership vision tothrive in the post-COVID health industry ecosystem as the green and digitaltransition gathers pace. Looking to the future, a skilled, competent,workforce is essential to guarantee the sustainable competitiveness, regulatorycompliance and strategic autonomy of Europe’s health industrial ecosystem.
BRIGHTskills isa 4-year Erasmus+ funded project aimed at reskilling and upskilling the healthindustry workforce. Through a multi-stakeholder and cross-border approach, theproject drives innovation and transformation in the European health industry bydeveloping sector-specific curricula and training programmes. These programmeswill address the emerging needs of diverse learner profiles, includingstudents, recent graduates, and current industry professionals.
The project is meant to establish aBlueprint Alliance to support the long-term commitment made by the members ofthe Large-ScaleSkills Partnership for the European Health Industry under thePact forSkills.
Our Role in BRIGHTskills:
Wise Angle has been tasked by EIT Health with the role of grant writing supporting the consortium in the preparation of the proposal. Within the project, we take the lead in the project’s communication and dissemination efforts. We will design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure the success of these activities.This strategy will promote public consultations and support the design andimplementation of the health industry skills strategy, attract and engage stakeholders, particularly for the piloting of the training curricula, and amplify messages to reach diverse target audiences and raise awareness aboutthe project’s results and impact.
